RMG Backpacks and Bags are covered with a Lifetime Warranty and will be always be replaced if they do not stand the test of time.
All faults and deficiencies in manufacturing are covered completely and will be fixed/replaced.
Any damage from misuse or mishandling can be repairable depending on reasonable situation and condition.
Our warranty will not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, and/or cosmetic damage that does not hinder performance.
