This product is NOT made in-house by Ruckmule Mountain Gear. Due to our limited small business inventory space, our apparel has to be ordered and funneled from us to then handled and shipped through a 3rd party fulfillment company directly to you, the customer. Obviously, not ideal having any of our product being outside of our hands when shipped and we’re doing our best to grow to handle the size and work load needed for USA made apparel.

Lifetime Warranty
RMG Backpacks and Bags are covered with a Lifetime Warranty and will be always be replaced if they do not stand the test of time.
All faults and deficiencies in manufacturing are covered completely and will be fixed/replaced.
Any damage from misuse or mishandling can be repairable depending on reasonable situation and condition.
Our warranty will not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, and/or cosmetic damage that does not hinder performance.
