3. Return Shipping:
- We will cover costs of the shipping label within the 30 day period upon delivery. You’ll receive the shipping label via email and all the information needed for returning the product.
4. Refund/Exchange Processing:
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If you opt for an exchange, we will ship the replacement product as soon as possible.
5. Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
